Wired Strings: New (and Old) Music from Russia & America. 7-concert festival featuring the Paul Dresher Ensemble, contemporary Russian string ensemble Opus Posth, and the Moscow Academy of Ancient Music. The Electro Acoustic Band performs with Joan Jeanrenaud, cello. PDE Repertory includes Ensemble commissioned works by young Russian composers, young American composers Mark Grey and Keeril Makan, the premiere of Dresher's completed concerto Unequal Distemperament, featuring Ms. Jeanrenaud. Opus Posth repertory includes contemporary Russian, American and European music. Repertory for the Moscow Academy includes seldom-heard Baroque and Early Classic period compositions by Russian and European composers.

Electro-Acoustic Band members: Karen Bentley, Joel Davel, Paul Dresher, Peter Josheff, Marja Mutru & Gene Reffkin. Sound Engineers: Mark Grey & Gregory T. Kuhn.
